This behavior is called pilfering
Pilfering is somebody who's good at stealing without the other person acknowledging. This commits to steal things, particularly from the place where you work. The sociology definition of pilfering is stealing lesser items in tiny amounts, usually again and again.
The study exposes that factors such as social solidarity amidst workers, social pressure and 'promoting' working circumstances as offering to mail robbery, pilfering and abusing of postal parcels. Pilfering small items from manufacturers are all conventional behaviors since they are currently employed by a reasonably large dimension, if not bulk, of the population.
