Can someone please explain how you find kinetic energy? I know the formula but I still don’t really understand.

Answer:
Kinetic Energy is equal to half the object's mass multiplied by the velocity squared.
Explanation:
So, for example
If the mass of an object is 20, that means we would take half of 20 which equals 10, and then multiply that by the velocity squared. If the velocity is 2, then we would do 2² which equals to 4. So then, We would multiply our end results, 10 * 4 = 40.
Formula simplified:
([tex]\frac{1}{2}[/tex] * mass) * velocity squared, or v²
