The are headings sub headings photos and extra things all around the page and we’re all layed out in a certain way to cat’s how people’s eye. Like the size of the headings and colors of the headings is one example

A layout is a visual arrangement that is part of a graphical design. I, personally, think there is a lot being shown here but a lot of people will find it quite engaging with the images being displayed. What is drawn to me the most is the jet with the bolded words "THE TOP-SECRET WARPLANES OF AREA 51." I would say that the colors mixed with the font would make it seem hyped or excited to introduce the information on this magazine it makes it seem very jumpy.
