there are a lot of foods that have polyunsaturated fat.. but here are a few for you that have the most:
walnuts !
sunflower seeds !
flax seeds or flax oil !
fishies, like salmon, mackerel, herring, albacore tuna, and trout !
corn oil !
soybean oil !
safflower oil !
so lots of veggie oils and nuts and stuffs.
