breakfast- 2 eggs per person 8 strawberries per person glass of milk and toast

lunch- 20% lean protein so say chicken 20% whole grain so rice 5% healthy fats so avocado and 50% non starchy veggies so salad

dinner- 25% meat so say steak 50% veggies so say broccoli 25% grain so rice
