Unhappy and Fair is a character trait.
I say unhappy is because it's the same thing like upset.
Fair is a character trait because it's on the list as a character trait.

I feel that unhappy wouldn't be a character trait, more just like a feeling a character would go through when they are feeling low.
I feel that fair would be more of a trait and something you would describe someone as being fair so i would say yes for fair and not really for unhappy. Hope this helps.
