My father is facing charges for something he didn't do.. he was found walking about 2 miles from truck that had previously been stolen... And of course due to his past and a "confirmed" identification from someone who supposedly saw my dad driving the truck, he was arrested and now faces that charge. My question is the person who i.d,'d my dad said they saw him whiz by them on a straightaway at night going 80 mph while they themselves were doing around 70..the witness was In acrown Vic and my father was supposedly driving a Ford super duty pickup ...ok my question is ...can a person possibly see well enough to identify someone else at night going 80 mph in a moving car in vehicles so different in sizes???? I realize there are factors like how well the witnesses eyes are but just in general is the eye and process of info to the brain capable of such things!??!
