Well there are multiple risks like, infection, postpartum, reactions to anesthesia, blood clots, surgical injuries increased risk to future pregnancies and more. The medication you can take after a C-section is Ibuprofen (Motrin/Advil) and Acetaminophen (Tylenol) :)
