Wrongly believing the inventor had just died, a newspaper printed a harsh judgment of his life’s work, unfairly labeling him “The Merchant of Death” because of his invention – dynamite. Shaken by this condemnation, t he inventor made a fateful choice to serve the cause of peace.

Seven years later, Alfred Nobel created this prize and the others that bear his name.

Alfred Bernhard Nobel was a well-known chemist, engineer and businessman. He severed more than 355 patents in his life as a successful contribution to the science.

Al Gore once gave the full speech on the life of Alfred nobles in 2007. He gave the speech on the life goals and motives of the Alfred. In Nobel's time, he hoped his invention would promote human progress.

While addressing to the public, Gore told that it was hard to imagine making the massive changes that are now essential to solve the crisis.
