The axis of symmetry would be (5, -27). To find the axis you can use two equations but for this question I used -b/2a. In the equation, the a is 1 and the b is -10. So, you would substitute it in and get 10/2 which would give you x=5. Then, you would substitute it into the equation. Like this —> y=(5)^2-10(5)-2. You would end up with y=25-50-2. This would give you a y of -27 leaving you with the answer (5,-27).
