Respuesta :

By voting in person on Election Day
By voting by mail
By have a relative at voter’s place

The correct answer is

By voting in person on Election Day

By voting by mail

By have a relative at voter’s place

If citizens do not care who they are putting in power, they are more easily victims of abuse of that power.

However, there is also a very rational explanation for the general lack of interest in voting. Several people don't even remember who they voted for in the last elections. This, while reprehensible, is not entirely irrational. The reason lies in the weight of each vote, from an individual point of view.
