One of the great challenges that human beings have as leaders is to deal with other human beings who are different from each other, not only physically, but who carry different opinions, thoughts and habits. Human beings, in general, have difficulty accepting and understanding what is different from themselves, however it is important to point out that each one of us is only a piece of the universe and that plurality and differences between people is what makes us our world move.
We cannot be rushed to a single idea, to a single thought, that we play right and ignore everything else. That's because our society is constantly changing and with it values change and opinions and concepts must change together. For that, it is necessary to understand that their way of thinking is not unique, to be aware that there are other ways and to accept them is not to show weakness, but to mature.
