The subject-verb agreement is when the use of the subject agrees with its verb. If the subject is plural, the verb that should be used is also plural. Same goes with singular subject and verb. For example: Jane washes her clothes once a week. Since this sentence has a singular subject "Jane", the verb should also be singular which is "washes".
Give me an example of subject-verb agreement. First you have to understand that a subject-verb agreement means that the subject and verb must agree in number. Meaning that both have to be singular or plural.

An example would be:
These clothes are too small for me.
Peter does not like vegetables.

I hope it helps, Regards.
