To find: area of base
The volume of cylinder is given as:

The area of base of cylinder is area of circle

Therefore,
[tex]V = base\ area \times height[/tex]
From given,
h = 10 m
v = 2.5 kl
1 kilo liter = 1 cubic meter
Therefore,
2.5 kl = 2.5 cubic meter
Substitute height = 10 and volume = 2.5
