Toretto and O’Conner graphed two different quadratic functions in vertex form. Toretto graphed f(x)=(x+3)^2+1 and O’Conner graphed g(x) =-(x-3)^2+1 . Both of them drew the same graph.

Yo sup??
By observing the graph we can say that minimum value of Toretto graph occurs at x=-3
whereas the minimum value of OConner graph occurs at x=3 .
In the given figure the minimum value is at x=3
therefore OConner is correct because the vertex is (3,1)
Hope this helps
