You can increase your happiness by doing things that release dopamine, endorphins, and oxytocin hormones into your body. These hormones are the ones which stimulate your brain to feel happiness, and can be achieved by doing many things. Some examples of things you can do to increase happiness could be to interact with others, with animals, get outside, do a hobby, or just relax. You can also have unhealthy habits to increase happiness, such as overeating or over exercising, and although these may create the feeling of happiness, it’s only temporary so it’s much better to turn to healthy habits.
