momentum = mass * velocity
So for an object to have momentum, it has to be moving. The 75 kg player is not moving, so he has no momentum.

A is the correct choice

This question is easier to think about if you ignore all the numbers
and just consider that one man is moving and the other one isn't. 

Momentum is proportional to speed, so the man who's moving
has momentum, and the man who's not moving doesn't have any.
