By definition, Judicial Review is the Federal Supreme Court Justices taking the laws passed and "reviewing them" to ensure that they do not tread on the unalienable human rights prescribed to each human being. The Judicial Review made the Constitution stronger for in essence, it was created to help protect the Constitutional rights of all citizens.
