The biceps and triceps are muscles which raise and lower the forearm. What happens to the biceps and triceps to RAISE the forearm?

when you bend your arm, your biceps contract, or tighten, and your triceps retract, or loosen. When you straighten your arm in a relaxed position, your triceps contract, and your biceps retract. hope that helps
