Question

Most of the time, it is safe to drive...

A- a little faster than the speed limit

B- about as fast as the traffic around you

C- as fast as the car in front of you

D- as fast as you think it is safe

I think that the answer is B, but the book doesn't have any of these options so I'm not sure. Please help me out.

Its d you should never go over the speed limit but you also don't want to drive to fast in bad weather its mostly based on what you think is comfortable...or at least i'm pretty sure thats right.
