The
“Maple Leaf Rag” was composed by Scott Joplin. It's musical
composition for piano. People started to call Scott the ”King of
Ragtime” after this work. Stark
made the arrangement of Scott's music in 1903. It was “Maple Leaf
Rag Song” about a poor man. Joplin was the first musician who sold
one million copies of his music during his lifetime. The
“Maple Leaf Rag” is
still popular among pianists.
