When I have time to work out, my routine is:
1. Stretching! At least 30 secs per part of the body.
2. Squats (50)
3. Penguins (25)
4. Standing up sit-ups (25)
5. Standing up leg-lifts (25)
6. Burpees (10-15)
7. Russian Twists (25)
8. Planks (30 sec reps.)
9. Squats (again) (50)
10. Yoga-like stretching. (Calms your body and makes you able to catch your breath.)
You should google bets exercises for lower ans and thigh gap... but I just wanna tell you your beautiful no matter what size of clothes you wear.
