Given mass of 70 Kg and a=0.25g then jet boots exert a force of F=70*0.25g=17.5g

The net force is given by subtracting the net force from the force of jet boots

In the ship acceleration is limited to 0.2g. We also know that the drag force is directly proportional to velocity  squared

ma=70*0.2g=14g  N
