Answer: Hammurabi´s laws are usually specific ...they say what is going to happen to a person if he/she behave in certain situation in such and such way (for example: - disobedience to paternal authority, adultery ....eye for eye, tooth for tooth). Modern laws (include those in the USA are more abstract and general).
