For a number to be irrational and a decimal, the decimal cannot end at a specific point. Your answers are close, but they can technically be considered rational. What would be better is if you put a repeating decimal from before and after pi. Basically, Pi is 3.14 repeating with a bunch of numbers. You can say that 3.1 repeating is before it. Although I can’t put it in text form, it’s when you put the dash above the 1 to signify that it continues on (3.1111111111 and so on). Then for above it, you can put 3.15 repeating (3.15555555555 and so on). I hope you understood that. The number pi is between these two numbers because pi’s digits are smaller than 3.15 and are bigger than just 3.11. I hope that helped! :)
