how is a scientific law different from scientific theory ​

Answer: A scientific law is a theory that has been proven to be true everytime that event occurs, say laws of motion for example. A theory is really just a scientific hypothesis or a piece of knowledge believed to be true but not proven, its just a theory. Hope this helps, good luck!
