The concept of social responsibility can be understood at two levels: the internal level relates to the workers and, to all the parties affected by the company and who can influence the achievement of its results. The external level is the consequences of an organization's actions on the environment, its business partners and the environment in which they operate. Social responsibility implies that a company is not only aiming to make a profit and in addition to bringing financial benefits to the people who work at the company, it must also contribute socially to its surroundings. Thus, social responsibility often involves measures that bring culture and good conditions for society.
