Which scenario best develops the following main idea in an essay about the importance of healthy eating?

Eating a sugar–filled snack is not a healthy way to get rid of hunger.

There are many sugar–free snacks available. Some are made with sugar substitutes. Others are more like crackers and/or vegetables, which are not filled with sugar. Sugar–free snacks often taste the same, or nearly the same, as sugar–filled snacks.

Many of the different types of candy bars and snacks are full of sugar. They claim to be the ultimate way to do away with hunger, but they aren't. There are a few that do get rid of hunger, but this is only a temporary fix.

People who eat candy and other sugar–filled snacks do it to get rid of hunger. Students are often seen drinking sodas and eating candy as early as seven in the morning. For some, this is what they eat all day.

A student is very hungry an hour before lunchtime. He eats two candy bars and feels better. At lunch, he is not very hungry so he only has a soft drink. An hour later, he is fidgety and tired. He is unable to concentrate.
