Much of Russia's citizenry is very informed about political and social issues in the country and in the rest of the world. There are many factors that help to make this a reality. Which of the factors listed here is NOT one that would help keep Russians informed?

Russian citizenry receives most of the information from the state controlled media both by means of the Television and the Internet. Media that portrays alternative opinions is heavily criticized and apposed in Russian official media.

Many citizens perceive such outlets as Western propaganda machines that have political goal of undermining Russian status of a great political power. At the same time, the vast majority of Russian citizens do not know any foreign language and have never left the country. Thus, they do not have additional information channels like Reddit or simply thoughts from friends from abroad, which would promote critical thinking and more educated opinions.
