Everyone knows that a constant flotilla of balloons are floated during favorable winds from mainland China over N.Korea dropping pamphlets, DVD’s, usb drives, etc. showing outside world. Also plenty of secretly recorded videos showing North Korean citizens viewing this info on laptops.
N. Korea on record desperately wanting investment. Every propped up dictator / warden is there because outside forces want it that way. Both China & U.S. want this geographic separation.
