First, I'd dress appropriately for the level company it is, if it is a job at a large business in a large building, a dress shirt and dress pants would be fine, but if you are serving food at a fast food place, wear whatever and change into the uniform. Next, just do your best to complete the tasks given to you. There is nothing else I can really say, I've never gotten a real job, considering I'm not legally old enough to have one yet.
