Early humans had access to different kinds of foods, depending on the local geography. If a group lived in the interior of the continent, what would they least likely have at meal time? the meat of large animals fish and shellfish local plants the meat of small animals

Depends on the Biome, Most larger Animals tend to live in the middle of a Continent, or Migrations can happen. Agriculture can depend on the Continent they are on. 

Early humans didn't know about agriculture and depended a lot on the environment's changes and the local geographies. They also followed big herbivores animals, like mammoths, because these animals knew where the food was located and they avoided carnivores at all cost. If an early human was living in the interior of the continent (a place like Denver), he would eat plants, small or large animales. Thus,it'd be really hard for him to eat fish and shellfish because he would be far from the ocean and it would be really hard to move there and survive.
