y+1=5/2(x+2)

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(-6-(-1))/(-4-(-2))

m=(-6+1)/(-4+2)

m=-5/-2

m=5/2

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-1)=5/2(x-(-2))

y+1=5/2(x+2)
