A) During the first year of professional life, the most important is to obtain experience related to our field of study. If it is possible to remain during the second year in the same company, it will be better since it could be an added value for our resume. If that is not possible, it is imperative to move forward in a different company but within the same field so in the future, the possibilities of being accepted in a stable job position will be higher.
B) Having set the steps to follow to asses the job research and develop a path career according to our field of study, there is nothing to change in that plan. It is outlining basically what is needed to do to engage the labor force during the beginning of our professional life and it gives us feedback in front of unfavorable situations.
