The half-hour difference may be rounded up to the next hour, unless he charges by the half-hour. If he agrees to accept a half-hour pay then the total would be $168.75. If he demands the full amount rounded up, then you pay the sum of $180. Also be mindful of any sales tax, if the State demands it.
