3. Mesosphere:

As a result of the decrease in the density of the air molecules, the temperature of this layer decreases with the increase in the altitude.

4. Thermosphere:

As a result of the absorption of the X-rays by the oxygen and nitrogen molecules, the temperature increases with increase in altitude.
