Budget might be individual,corporate or joint .what ever type of budget it might be the recurring expenses are the bedrock of your budgeting because after allocating resources for them( reoccurring expenses) it gives you a clear view of weather your Revenue will be sufficient to sustain you within the given time of budget  examples of such reoccurring expenses include : rent, Electricity,Insurance, salaries and travel expenses.
