Positive thinking can contribute to your overall health because, when you think about a situation. for example; you have a 12 page research assignment do tomorrow and you have a week to turn it in. STRESS will rise and will cause you to panic and have attacks and all this other stuff. But if you think about the positive assets such as, get a friend or parent to help, and you can do it!!! Then you’ll find yourself “overcoming” the problem and rising above getting the research paper done before the deadline!
