It seems like it's from the time of "The Rain of Terror" or whatever it's called. Where the queen and he subjects got to eat freely and were wasteful with their food. While on the "gates" the peasants or people that were just poor in general, were mad at the queen for not letting them get food. The queen was like "Let em eat cake" while the people were starving to death. Sad right?
