The land will  cool faster than the ocean (because water has a high heat capacity and has to lose more energy to drop by a degree which will take longer than land). The air above the ocean will, therefore, be warmer and of low pressure than that over land which will be cooler and of relatively higher pressure. Winds will, therefore, blow seawards because winds blow from high to low-pressure systems.
