Jeremy is the lead on a new project at work, and it is essential that he make a good impression on top management. He recently had his first staff meeting to solve fairly large problem with the project, and it didn't go well. The whole staff of 10 was there, which he thought would lead to buy in from the group. Instead the group didn't get much done in that meeting.

Jeremy opened the meeting by suggesting to the group that he had put a lot of thought into the problem and that perhaps they should use his ideas to solve the problem. He spent the meeting explaining why this should occur and went on to dismiss any alternatives. Jeremy was practicing?

Respuesta :

Answer: Jeremy was practicing individual dominance.

Explanation:

Individual dominance

People with individual dominance aims at gaining power and respect while not considering other people's views or suggestions in that matter.

Their sole purpose is to climb the ladder nomatter what and they display arrogance , superiority and conceit.

They take others as their enemies who must be removed on their way which they may do by rejecting every idea that these people come up with so that only their ideas can reign and be recognised due to their pursuit of respectct and power.

Jeremy seeks recognition from the management and so he only wants to be the only person who is recognised for the work done, he will surely do whatever it takes even if it means not taking any one else's ideas even if they are better because only his must be recognised so that he get that respect he desires from the management.
