Sandra Meyers has been sitting in the waiting room for several minutes. She arrived at the office at 10:50 AM for an appointment scheduled at 11:00 AM. At 11:15 AM she approached the desk and asks how long she will have to wait to see the physician. On this day the physician is running about 25 minutes behind schedule, and there are still two patients ahead of Sandra. She appears to be upset, and she says that she needs to be back in her office by 12:30 PM to prepare for an important afternoon meeting.
