That's a hard one. But I would say ,Yes . Rome copied a lot of ideas from Greece however the Rome empire lasted a lot longer ,and advanced much more and technology and government capably. Thus allowing the people of Rome to have many different ideas in culture and science as well as social . an example is the coliseum and the leaning tower , and there many pieces of art
