President Franklin Roosevelt's judicial Reform Bill would have allowed him to appoint as many as six additional Supreme Court justices. Roosevelt was angered because of the numerous anti New Deal decisions taken by the Supreme Court. This made him make new amendments and place six additional justices to pass his New Deal programs.
