To strengthen my kingdom I would first provide education and promote it because a better educated populous will help the country progress and become more powerful. I would also trade and promote manufacturing in my kingdom and of course I would spend on military.
To unify my kingdom I would try to keep the people happy and listen to their general needs and try to fulfill as much as possible.
Other kingdoms and cultures might stand in your way. Also people that don’t approve of you as king.
