Nature is so much more than that and it's amazing how so many people forget that.

We live in a time where technology is everywhere, and we need to take care of ourselves. It's easy to get caught up in the day to day routine of life, but when we’re out in nature, we can be truly alone with our thoughts and feelings. When you’re outside, nature gives you a chance to connect with yourself. Nature provides you with a sense of peace and serenity. Nature has been shown to have positive effects on your health and wellbeing.

Humans benefit from natural resources every day. For example, right now you’re using a computer or similar device to read this question. Can you name any natural resources that were likely used to build this device? What natural resources are you using by operating it?
