What is rectangle ?

Rectangle is a regular quadrilateral with all angles equal to right angle.

Given that Length =  [tex]24\frac{1}{2}[/tex]=24.5 feet

Width = [tex]12\frac{4}{5}[/tex]=12.8 feet

Hence area of rectangle= length[tex]\times[/tex]width

Area=

[tex]24.5\times12.8\\\\=313.6[/tex]

Now cost of sod= area[tex]\times[/tex]cost per square feet'

Total cost = 313.6[tex]\times[/tex]65

=20384

So by using formula of area of rectangle  she needs 313.6 square feet of sod she will need to completely cover the yard and cost of sod is 20384
