Solution:

[tex]y + 1 = -\frac{4}{5}(x+5)\\y+1=-\frac{4}{5}x-4\\y=-\frac{4}{5}x-5[/tex]

Linear function with slope of -4/5 and b value of -5.

Answer:

[tex]y=-\frac{4}{5} x-5[/tex]
