y intercept aka wher the line goes  thorugh the y axis, is when x=0
y=1/3(0)-2
y=-2
it passes through y axis at -2 on y axis

x intercept aka where the line goes through the x axis is when y=0
set to zero
0=1/3x-2
2=1/3x
6=x
the line crosses through the x axis at x=6

plot the 2 points on the line (0,-2) and (6,0) and connect them
it is not A and B (C and D have not been posted yet)
it could be C or D, just see which one passes through (0,-2) and (6,0)
