- Eat your vegetables.

- Keep a food and exercise journal. (This helps me a lot!)
- Crowd processed junk food out of your diet by adding in nutritious whole foods.
- Cut Back on Carbs, Especially Refined Carbs.
- Learn ways to manage stress. (Stress plays an important role in weight gain. like me i tend to over eat whenever I'm stressed.)
- Maintain a healthy weight.
- Keep up with vaccinations. (It can prevent you from getting HPV and some kinds of cancer, including cervical cancer.)
